OVERVIEW
Process control is a versatile and vital part of major industries, including: power generation; petrochemicals; food processing and bottling; chemical manufacturing; biotechnology; pharmaceuticals; and refineries.
Because of the wide application of this key component, We have developed the largest and most in-depth offering of industrial process control training options available. We offers four major process control systems, each covering a different process control application: level and flow, temperature, , and pressure.
FEATURES
Training equipment adopts industrial aluminum profile frame, transparent structure design, open structure interface.
The trainer can do experiment and training on industrial field five types of widely used thermal testing sensing device: temperature, flow, liquid level, pressure and components
Adopt low pressure water pump, water pump outlet has regulating valve loop and direct loop, can choose to use according to experiment requirement
The Trainer consists of four parts: power supply unit, controlled object, control instrument and panel module. Power supply unit provide all kinds of power supply for the traning system, provide the 0 to 10V and 4-20mA signal, the system dynamic branch divided in two way: DC drive pump, electric valve, DC electromagnetic valve, flow meter and manual control valves; Another is DC motor which doesn’t go through control valve, directly go through manual valve to the tank.
